We serve as an advocate and advisor for corporate and franchise users of space to secure the most advantageous transaction possible without conflict of landlord representation, taking pride in the fact that we have never represented a property owner. SCGWest was formed around the needs of owners, both independent and corporate or franchise related, to help expedite the process and mitigate risk during the lease negotiations and design and construction build-out. All too often, we noticed this process was taking too long and owners were taken advantage of throughout this phase. We set out to change the industry and implement a more efficient process and open line of communication between the teams.
